RT President Signed 2 Laws

July 23, the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, Mintimer Shimiev, signed laws for the Republic of Tatarstan on the introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan “On Municipal Service in the Republic of Tatarstan” and to separate legislative acts of the Republic of Tatarstan on taxing assets belonging to organizations.

The first law will introduce amendments concerning different issues such as salary payments for municipal workers, pension payments for individuals, substituting municipal positions and municipal services positions in the Republic of Tatarstan.

The second law will clarify the items tax payers are responsible for in areas concerning tax benefits for assets belonging to organizations, as well as the duration of the aforementioned benefits for separate categories of tax payers.
