Laws Signed by the President of Tatarstan

July 26, RT President, Mintimer Shaimiev, signed laws of the Republic of Tatarstan on the affirmation of transferring (distributive) acts of estate liability of local autonomous entities of the “city of Naberezhny Chelny”, Chystopol, Rybno-Slobodsky, Arsky, Sabinsky, Tetyushsky, and Alekseevsky municipal regions and entities, performed on the given municipal districts the right to determine issues of local assignment, which will allow to determine estate liability of the local autonomous entities of the aforementioned municipal districts, handed down through a succession in title.

RT President, M.Sh. Shaimiev, also signed the law “On the introduction of amendments into the law of the Republic of Tatarstan “On the establishment of territorial borders and status of municipal district the “”Pestrichinsky Municipal Region” and its municipal districts”, which establishes a cartographic description of the region’s territorial border, part of the Pestrichinsky Municipal Region, as well as reaffirms some of the borders.
