Series of laws signed by the RT President

RT President, Mintimer Shaimiev, signed a series of RT laws, including an RT law “Amending the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2008”, which accounts for additional tax and non-tax revenues introduced to the budget and directed towards operating expenses, including the realization of republic-wide operating programs.
The RT law “On the establishment of rate for the tax on revenues of organizations for separate categories of taxpayers” establishes a lowered tax rate on income for subjects in the investment sphere, created on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan and aimed at realizing investment projects. The tax rate will also be applied for organizations that transport oil and oil-products on main pipelines in the Republic of Tatarstan.

RT laws that assert transmission (divisional) acts on property obligations for agencies of local autonomous governments of the newly formed municipal formations of Spassky, Drozhanovskogo, Bugulminskogo, Tukaevskogo municipal regions and entities, performing on territories of the given municipal formations, the authority on deciding questions of local significance, determine property obligations for entities of local autonomous governments of the aforementioned municipal formations, handed over in order of legal succession.
