Rashid Nurgaliev has introduced new chief of Kazan Law Institute

Rashid Nurgaliev, the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, is in Kazan on a business trip on October 16. Accompanied by Tatarstan President Mintimer Shaimiev and RT Internal Affairs Minister Asgat Safarov Rashid Nurgaliev visited Kazan Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, where he officially presented the new chief of Kazan Law Institute, Foat Zinnurov.

Then, Russian Internal Affairs Minister Rashid Nurgaliev and RT President Mintimer Shaimiev arrived at the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan where they took part in the All-Russia seminar-meeting of heads of staff divisions of Russian regional internal affairs offices.

In the afternoon, Rashid Nurgaliev is to visit the base of the special police squad in Naberezhnye Chelny, Tatarstan and to take part in a number of other events.
