Shaukat Biktemirov has celebrated his 80th anniversary

November 10 saw an anniversary evening of Shaukat Biktemirov taking place in the Galiasgar Kamal Tatar State Academic Theatre.
Tatarstan President Mintimer Shaimiev with spouse Sakina Shaimieva, RT State Council Chairman Farid Mukhametshin with spouse Luiza Mukhametshina, RT Deputy Prime-minister - Minister of Culture Zilya Valeyeva and deputies of the republican parliament attended the event to greet the actor.
Shaukat Biktemirov is the people's actor of the TASSR, RSFSR, USSR, winner of the state prizes of Stanislavsky and Gabdulla Tukai. He was born on October 28, 1928. His childhood passed in the village of Minger, Sabinsky district, Tatarstan. Since 1949, he has been working in the Galiasgar Kamal Tatar State Academic Theatre.
