Danaflex project with nanotechnologies received positive opinion from Rosnano Investment Committee

The project of Kazan OAO Danaflex with the application of nanotechnologies for technology development and establishment of production of the transparent high barriers polymer films for flexible packaging received a positive opinion from the Investment Committee and the Board of the Russian State Corporation of Nanotechnologies.

This was said by First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Boris Pavlov at the March 27 joint meeting of the Republic’s Interdepartmental Commission for interaction with Russian federal bodies of state power on implementation of programmes and projects of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Coordination Council for implementation of the Cooperation Agreement in the field of nanotech development between Rosnano and Tatarstan on application of nanotechnologies in petrochemical industry.

The meeting in the House of Tatarstan Government was held by Prime Minister of the Republic Rustam Minnikhanov.

The event was attended by Director General of Rosnano Anatoly Chubais.

According to Boris Pavlov, the project of OAO Danaflex was approved in March; the amount of project financing totals 2.4 billion roubles.
