Tatarstan rock climbers – best in Russia

On the first day of the tournament participants competed in speed rock climbing. Tatarstan women were the quickest in this discipline and took all prize-winning places: the first place went to Maria Kablova, the second place – to Tatyana Litvinova, and the third place – to Yelena Sagiyeva. Tatar young men also became prize-winners: the first place – Roman Pavlov, the third place – Yaroslav Frolov.
Inclimbog with obstacles our women again received all awards: Yelena Sagiyeva – the first place, Anna Myamyaykina – the second, Tatyana Litvinova – the third. Men won two awards in this discipline: Roman Pavlov – the first place, Yaroslav Frolov – the second, the press-service of Tatarstan Ministry on Youth Affairs, Sport and Tourism informs.
Thereby, Tatarstan team won the first place in the team rating. They will participate in Russian championship in Moscow and student championship in Yekateinburg.

On 6 June the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the State Counselor of the republic Mintimer Shaimiev laid flowers to the monument of the Great Russian poet Aleksandr Pushkin by the Jalil State Opera and Ballet Theatre in Kazan.
