Tatarstan PM visits Ireland as member of Russian delegation

Tatarstan Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov left for Ireland on March 3 as a member of the official Russian delegation.

The Russian delegation is headed by the Russian Federation Government Deputy Chairman, Dmitry Kozak. Development of Russian-Irish economic cooperation will be discussed during the visit, the press-service of Tatarstan Cabinet of Ministers reports.

A meeting of the Inter-government Russian-Irish Committee for development of business cooperation is to take place in Dublin on March 3. A protocol is expected to be signed as a result of the meeting. Besides, Dmitry Kozak is to meet with Ireland’s President Mary McAleese.

The Russian-Irish Business Summit will open on March 4 in Dublin. Irish Minister of Foreign Affairs, Russian Government Deputy Chairman Dmitry Kozak, and Tatarstan Premier Rustam Minnikhanov are to make reports at the forum.
