It is necessary to create worthy conditions for registration of real estate, Mintimer Shaimiev considers

Today President of Tatarstan Mintimer Shaimiev held meeting with deputy director of Federal registration service of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation - deputy to senior state registrar Vladimir Metelkin at the Kazan Kremlin.

During a meeting the issues of functioning Central administrative board of Federal registration service on Republic Tatarstan have been discussed. Mintimer Shaimiev told that in his annual Message to the State Council of the republic he had criticized registration service for bad organization of work with the population at registration of the rights to real estate and transactions with it . He noted, that in Registration chamber huge lines had been appearing which no more anywhere are formed . «Registration is the service rendered by the state with a view of establishing civilized property relations in a society, and for this purpose it is necessary to create worthy conditions», - the head of republic said.

President of Tatarstan informed, that recently he had familiarized with works on reconstruction of a building in which it is planned to place Federal registration service on Tatarstan. New premises will be commissioned in August of the current year. «Presently, there is no more an acute problem in the republic than registration of the rights to property. At natural increase in quantity of applications of citizens, it is necessary to organize work of registration service so that people did not remain discontent» - Mintimer Shaimiev summed up, RT President press service informs
