The Republic of Tatarstan law is signed

On 21st of January RT President Mintimer Shaimiev signed the law "On public counselors for juveniles".

The law provides for establishement of the public counselors institution the main task of which is to provice help to juveniles in socially dangerous state or otherwise difficult livelihood situation (including participation in the measures directed at protection and restoration of juveniles rights and lawful interests, conducting individual profilactic work, cooperation with agencies and establishements responsible for profilactic of juvenile neglect and delinquency).

The text of the Law will be made public in the mass media.
