Delegation of Tatarstan led by RT President Mintimer Shaimiev arrived in Damascus

These minutes the air liner landed on the international airport of Damascus onboard of which the delegation of Tatarstan headed by RT President Mintimer Shaimiev arrived.

The head of republic was met by the Ambassador of the Russian Federation to the Syrian Arabian Republic Robert Markaryan, the state minister of Syrian Arabian Republic Bashar Shaar.

To arrival of President of Tatarstan national flags of Russia, the Syrian Arabian Republic and Tatarstan were hung out. Tomorrow Mintimer Shaimiev meets the President of Syrian Arabian Republic Bashar Asad.

We remind that official visit of Tatarstan delegation led by RT President to the Syrian Arabian Republic, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the State Kuwait lasts from March 29 to April 3.
