I cordially congratulate you with the most light and cheerful celebration of the year – International Women’s Day!
At all the times the woman, praised by poets was justly named “perfection itself” being the materialisation of life, source of love, beauty and inspiration.
It is in the interests of the state and society to create such living and working conditions for our women that would give them wide perspectives for their comprehensive self-actualisation. With no exception, either they live in countryside or in cities, work in model agencies or at industrial enterprises, study or retired. All of you are beloved equally, dear and important for us. That is why inimitable congratulations and words of love will sound this wonderful day for every one of you.
Especially this year, which was declared the year of literature and arts in our republic, I would like to congratulate women, who devoted their lives serving to muses and all those representatives of the fair half who work in cultural sphere. It is impossible to imagine spiritual-aesthetic life of the republic without your sensitive soul, perfect taste and graceful sophistication. You are the priceless wealth of Tatarstan, pride and glory of our multinational people!
Time is deciduous and each new day we meet with hope for unforgettable impressions. And let, my dear ladies, the 8th of March give you as many smiles and flowers as possible, fill your hearts with love and sincere spiritual delight. We – the men, in our turn, will do everything to make this holiday lasting during all your life.
I wish you happiness, peace and well-being from the depth of my soul!
