Mintimer Shaimiev: «Annual rates of investments growth into fixed capital should exceed twice rates of scheduled growth of total domestic product»

Today in the annual state - of - nation Address to RT State Council President of Tatarstan Mintimer Shaimiev has in detail dwelt on issues of harmonization of n investment and innovative infrastructure in the republic.

According to RT President , in 2005, the greatest gain of investment has been achieved for last several years into fixed capital which made 21 percent to a level of 2004. Investments into fixed capital have exceeded 136 billion roubles. «For the first time the improvements outlined in structure of investments for the benefit of processing productions, housing and communal services, power, transport and communication», - the head of republic noted, having added, that it is necessary for RT Government to support this important tendency constantly. «Annual growth rates of investments into fixed capital should exceed twice rates of scheduled growth of total domestic product», - M.Shaimiev said.

He reminded, that last year Investment-venture fund of RT and Stabilization mortgaging - insurance fund of RT started their activity. Additional about 9 billion roubles came in economy of republic through them. This stimulated creation of new investment institutions. According to RT President , in the current year Fund for promotion of investments into small enterprises in scientific and technical sphere of republic is due to start. The fund will be focused on trading the results of researches of small business in sphere of a science and scientific service.

Besides works on formation of one more fund on equal footing with the Russian Federation and investors of - branch Fund for promotion venture investments, focused on supporting subjects of small business in information technologies are conducted.
