Mintimer Shaimiev: «Now it is very important, fulfilling mechanism of social mortgage as far as it is possible to be integrated into Russian national project»

The session of the Board of Guardians of the State housing fund took place in the Representation building of the Kazan Kremlin under presidency of the head of Tatarstan President Mintimer Shaimiev.

In the session took part RT Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov, Chairman of RT State Council Farid Mukhametshin, Chief of the RT President Administration Yury Kamaltynov, members of RT Government, heads of the republican ministries and departments, deputies of RT State Council , heads of municipal formations and others.

Opening a meeting, Mintimer Shaimiev reminded that at the end of last year he took part in the session of the State Council of the Russian Federation, devoted to the priority national project «Accessible and comfortable habitation - to citizens of the Russian Federation». Addressing heads of subjects, the President of Tatarstan sounded the concept of developing housing construction in Tatarstan. Then President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin in the working order charged to execute proposal from Tatarstan on realization of the national project within the framework of the Russian Federation. «We have accrued the certain experience, we started much earlier to be engaged in this affair, - Mintimer Shaimiev addressed the participants of the session. - One of the major factors of developing the social mortgage was realization of the dilapidated housing liquidation program». Namely this program according to the head of republic, became that base that had underlain development of mortgage crediting of priority categories of the population - young families, workers of budgetary sphere and inhabitants of village.
