Kazan Kremlin, President of Tatarstan Mintimer Shaimiev delivered State rewards of Tatarstan and RF Government for 2005 year in the field of science and engineering.

Welcoming the participants of a an official action, RT President reminded that delivery of the State rewards of Tatarstan on the eve of New year had turned in a good tradition. He noted, that the outgoing year has become a very special in history of the republic. 60-anniversary of the Great Victory, the holiday which was worthily celebrated by all the country. Not casually, the museum of the Great Patriotic war had opened at the Kazan Kremlin, a tribute of memory to participants of those events , - Mintimer Shaimiev said. Having reminded about other anniversary of 2005 - 1000-anniversary of Kazan, the President emphasized, that the republic and its capital "henceforth is in the center of attention and Tatarstaners should adequately represent the Euroasian mentality".

The group of scientific researchers led by Cand.Biol.Sci., a head of the center of agricultural biotechnology of Tatar scientific -research institute of agriculture Faniya Zamaleyeva were conferred the titles of laureates of the Russian state university of oil and gas (Moscow) for monograph "Geology of Tatarstan" . Stratigraphics and tectonics ".

The laureates of Tatarstan State rewards became the scientists of Kazan physics-technical institute n. a. Zavoisky, and director general of JSC "Radiopribor" Rashid Apakov, rector of Kazan state Medical Academy Mars Mikhailov for the work "Development , production and implementation of medical magnet- resonant tomograph "TMP-0.06-KFTI ". According to the project participants, today all is ready in Tatarstan for batch production of medical devices at world level.
