Mintimer Shaimiev: “Programme on dilapidated housing liquidation should appear in Russia”

Implementation of RF national project “Accessible and comfort housing” cannot be brought into life not demolishing dilapidated housing. President of Tatarstan stated so at the meeting with RF President’s Plenipotentiary Envoy in VFD Alexander Konovalov held in Kazan Kremlin.

One of the main problems of large scale civil construction is infrastructure creation, pipelining of heat, gas, installing electricity and other facilities. No investor deals without these moments, M.Shaimiev said. We should not to develop new territories, sometimes inconvenient for builders, but to demolish blocks of dilapidated houses. That is why, “dilapidated housing liquidation programme should appear in Russia”, head of Tatarstan noted. Mintimer Shaimiev stated about his intention to dwell on this issue at the State Council under RF President, where he had been offered to have a say about issues of housing and utilities complex reforming, on December 27.
