Alexander Gusev recommended for post of president of football club "Rubin"

The meeting was participated by head of Kazan administration Ilsur Metshin, RT first deputy minister on affairs of youth, sports and tourism Yusup Yakubov, chief coach of municipal institution "Football club "Rubin"- Kurban Berdyev, general director of municipal institution "Football club Rubin" Evgeni Golov.
During a meeting in RT President's residence the decision to recommend deputy chairman of the RT State Council RT Alexander Gusev on post of "Rubin" president. Now the board of club's guardians should approve this appointment.
According to Alexander Gusev, the decision on his appointment on post of football club's president was quite unexpectedness for him. He characterized the tasks faced by "Rubin": "A worthy performance in euro cups and in championship of Russia at the highest level".

During the conversation Vladimir Putin stated that he is happy to hear bright voice of Mintimer (Sharipovich) and wished him good health and all the best.
On 20 January, congratulating Tatarstan State Counselor Mintimer Shaimiev with his birthday, the Chairman of the Russian Government Mikhail Mishustin wrote in his telegramme: “Being a famous and political leader, you have made a substantial contribution into modern development of Tatarstan and have earned the deep respect and gratitude of residents of the republic.
