President of Tatarstan took part in start -up of new cast- iron complex at "KMPO" complex

President of Republic Tatarstan Mintimer Shaimiev took part in start -up of a new cast - iron complex at JSC "KMPO" (Kazan engine building production association). He got acquainted with the work of a complex, the newest development of enterprise. Then meeting with participation of the head of republic was held on subject "On results of industrial - economic activities of the enterprises of machine-building complex of Republic Tatarstan and prospects for 2006".

The total amount of expenses for implementing this project has made 90 million roubles.

The new cast- iron complex enables to increase production volumes of the basic details of piston compressor for operation of "Kamaz" auto pneumatic system and other output in sphere of motor industry.
