RT President met with deputies of Nizhnekamsk municipality

Today President of Tatarstan Mintimer Shaimiev had a meeting with municipal deputies in Nizhnekamsk. Having reminded about Ilsur Metshin’s appointment to the position of Kazan mayor, he expressed hope that positive changes appeared in Nizhnekamsk will touch upon Kazan as well.

Mintimer Shaimiev announced that today he signed a decree to award Ilsur Metshin the medal of Republic of Tatarstan “For valiant work”. “There was a time, we appointed the youngest manager a head of the city. I think if a person showed himself a real leader in young age, this assets, which will grow from year to year will yet serve the republic”, President said. “The one that does in agriculture, can success in everything”, - M.Shaimiev expressed his opinion. One more time he stressed that Nizhnekamsk is one the most perspective industrial joints of republic, it will get tremendous investments.

Mintimer Shaimiev, instructing new head of Nizhnekamsk administration Oleg Vlasov, noted that new structure of power and local self-government becomes a normal feature of life. Today begins completely different process of one’s own territory management. In the light of forthcoming changes most vivid and important are still the ones concerning housing and utilities system.
