Mintimer Shaimiev: Treaty with the Russian Federation of 1994 about mutual delegation of powers became the major political act for our republic and the country as a whole

Yesterday at the session of RT State Council by overwhelming majority of voters the draft Treaty on differentiation of subjects of managements and powers between bodies of the government of the Russian Federation and bodies of the government of Republic Tatarstan has been approved. Before the deputies of republican parliament on this issue of the agenda spoke President of Tatarstan Mintimer Shaimiev.
