RT President visited 2nd big city of Republic

On September 1, RT President Mintimer Shaimiev participated in the opening of new Ice Sport Palace in Naberezhny Chelny city.

Working visit of the President started from a pleasant moment – opening ceremony of a just built Ice Sport Palace for 1.5 thousand seats.


The first house built within the social mortgage programme in the automobile-city was festively commissioned today as well.
Mintimer Shaimiev inspected the apartments and met with the new owners.

21.6 thousand sq. meters of accommodation were built within the mortgage programme last year in this city, and 35 thousand more were planed for 2005 to be constructed.

The loan conditions for the budget workers in N.Chelny are the following: 7% of interest per year spread for 28 years without the deposit.
