Mintimer Shaimiev: “Now the square by railway station just has to become the most beautiful”

On July 29, RT President Mintimer Shaimiev and RF Transport Minister Igor Levitin took part in the opening of suburban station after its reconstruction.

RT President thanked all transport departments of the Federal and Republic level for their assistance in renovation of the suburban terminal of Kazan railway station. “What ever we agree on with the railmen, all is done on time”, - stressed Mintimer Shaimiev. According to Mr. President, by the time when Kukmor station will be reconstructed all the rest railway stations of the Republic will be accomplished.

In the line of objects commissioned on the eve of Kazan 1000-anniversary – the suburban station’s architecture is the most fancy one. Now the square by this station just has to become the most beautiful among the squares of Kazan, said Mintimer Shaimiev congratulating citizens of the city.
