Mintimer Shaimiev: “Now we are turning crucial stage of preparations to the Jubilee”

On July 22, President of the Republic of Tatarstan conducted a working session dedicated to issues concerning the major events of Kazan 1000-anniversary and the Republic’s Day celebrations.

“Now we are turning to crucial stage of preparations to the Jubilee. The priority target is still to put main objects into operation, where actions of international, Russia- and republic-wide level with big number of guests will be held”, - underlined M.Shaimiev in his opening speech.

Mintimer Shaimiev named deadlines for each object to be accomplished, when builders are supposed to leave it. The President at the same time called upon to work out many other questions more sophisticatedly. “There are no minor things, when you receive guests. A common festive tune will be composed out of the things people would see from trains or buses, what kind of service they would be provide with at the hotels, restaurants and warehouses, at the airport, rail way station and river port, what entertainment programmes we would present”, - said RT President.
