Today’s life of the Republic of Tatarstan is characterised by significant achievements in automotive and mechanical engineering, oil production, chemical industry, agriculture, science, culture, sport, which, certainly, indicate fruitfulness of your deeds. Especially, I should like to outline your contribution to the Russian Federation statehood strengthening.

On the eve of Kazan 1000-anniversary I should like to wish you, dear Mintimer Sharipovich, and all citizens of the Republic a sound health, spiritual powers and God’s assistance in your deeds for benefit of the fatherland”, - said the Patriarch in his address.
