RT President signed 4 laws

On July 13, RT President Mintimer Shaimiev has signed four more laws of the RT adopted by the RT State Council on July 23, 2005. The list of eligible ones for the State support in social mortgage has been broadened according to the signed law “On amendments to the 13 article of the Republic of Tatarstan “About the state support in civil construction development in the Republic of Tatarstan”. From now on not only young couples but families of any age can enjoy the baby benefits.

Another law signed was “On RT magistrates”. Law “On amendments to the law of the Republic of Tatarstan “About the consumer goods basket” cancels the condition of the obligatory expertise of the one in RT by the federal bodies. The fourth law signed annuls the law “On state property and municipal property” with further annex and amendments.
