Mintimer Shaimiev: "At the session of Council under Plenipotentiary Representative of President of Russia impression is created that we speak that for all money is necessary instead of how to develop the country"

President of Tatarstan Mintimer Shaimiev took part in the first session of Council under Plenipotentiary Representative of President of Russia in the Volga federal district held in Nizhni Novgorod.

The main subject of the session became was discussin of the principles of formation of regional and local budgets for 2006 and development of a road network of the district in the nearest two years.

During the session of council the issue on attempt to take away entirely the profit tax from the regions was raised by President of Tatarstan Mintimer Shaimiev. At least, head of the republic considers, such solutions should be coordinated, and, first of all, they should be accepted together. Besides, Mintimer Shaimiev paid attention of Council members that the impression is created that we speak about the budget that money is necessary for all but the point how to develop the country is not touched. The issue of the 20-percent excise on directly distilled gasoline is standing sharply today and M.Shaimiev precisely depicted the future of petrochemical branch of the country, frankly having named wrecking what try to make with petrochemical branch.
