RT President Representative in RT State Council

Mintimer Shaimiev signed a decree on Representative Plenipotentiary of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan in the RT State Council.

It is noted in the Decree, that RT President’s Plenipotentiary Representative in the RT State Council coordinates within its competence work of subsidiaries of RT President Administration and representatives of the RT Cabinet on the issues of law project activity and interaction with the RT State Council and its department. The Decree enables the President to implement stipulated in the constitution rights for legislative activity and to provide a continual and coherent interaction between the President and executive bodies of RT state power and the RT State Council.
