Tatarstan is going to participate actively in work over law "On Entrails"

The article, to be exact, the whole section in the bill developed today "On Entrails" which should be brought on consideration of the Government of the Russian Federation already in the middle of March, will be devoted to the tax on extraction of minerals (TEM) and, in particular, to its differentiation. At least, it was declared on March 1 by the head of RF Federal Agency of Use of Mineral Resources Anatoly Ledovskikh after a meeting with President of Tatarstan Mintimer Shaimiev held at the Kazan Kremlin.

According to Anatoly Ledovskikh, the further movement on minerals use should not go without solving the issue on TEM. Conditions for this purpose have matured. It's not a secret, that today in development of various deposits different means are invested. Naturally, the material contribution of one companies differs from the contribution of others. It would be desirable through TEM to interest the companies so that to have for them opportunity to develop low profit deposits, and for those enterprises which in part leave the tax with itself, to have will and opportunity to invest means in geological prospecting and the further development of deposits, chief of Federal agency noted.
