RT President took part in republican conference of educational employees

On August 10, Tatarstan President Mintimer Shaimiev visited Tetyushi, Tatarstan where he took part in the Plenary session of the republican August conference of educational employees "Education as priority of national development". RT first deputy Prime minister Ravil Muratov leaded the conference. Chairman of the RT State Council Farid Mukhamedshin, Government members, deputies, heads of municipal formations and other officials also took part in the conference.

The conference participants familiarized themselves with the exhibition of children’s technical creativity before the plenary part. Schools and lyceums of the republic districts and cities presented their articles: mini-tractors, cars and motorcycles, aircraft models etc. President of the republic shared his impressions after he examined the exhibition of agricultural machinery made of improvised materials: “Young men who produce such machines really can “become gilded”. Let village students assemble machinery necessary in the household – mowing-machines, or tractors just for pleasure”.

RT minister of education and science Rais Shaykhelislamov’s report, director of Federal Institute of Pedagogic Measuring Andrey Ershov’s speech are on the agenda; colleges, schools, the republican district educational departments representatives, and director general of OAO “Nizhnecamsk oil-refining plant” Khamza Bagmanov made reports during the session.
