Kazan hosted RF Vice-Premier Boris Alyoshin

Deputy Chairman of the Russian Government Boris Alyoshin arrived to Kazan on December 22. Tatarstan President Mintimer Shaimiev met the guest at the International airport Kazan.

It is not by chance our republic hosts Boris Alyoshin for he is responsible for industrial policy in the Russian Government. Mintimer Shaimiev and Boris Alyoshin agreed in opinion that the on-coming negotiations on issues of development of Tatarstan industry and defense complex will have an impact upon overall economy of the country.

The Tatarstan President marked today’s crucial importance of the fact that both the state and Russian President Vladimir Putin pay much attention to defense and security of the country. Russia must not be weak – it is doomed to being strong, Mintimer Shaimiev underlined.

The Vice-Premier of the Russian Government in his turn marked that Tatarstan is the core of Russia and long-term experience of economic transformations of the republic will definitely contribute to serious and ambitious policy of the country in the whole. The programme includes visits to large industrial enterprises of the republic.
