Kazan: Russian Construction Centre

Today saw the All-Russia zone meeting on problems of development of a building complex in the Russian Federation till 2010 start working in Kazan.

More than 250 heads of krais, oblasts, and also building organisations and enterprises of building industry, led by Vice-Premier of the Russian Federation Vladimir Jakovlev, arrived in the capital of Tatarstan from the central and southern zones of the Russian Federation.

The meeting is organised by Gosstroy of the Russian Federation, which sent a considerable chaired by Nikolay Koshman and his deputy Anatoly Petrakov. Such a representative meeting has to develop the vision of the further development of the building complex of Russia. Kazan is chosen a place of a meeting for many cities and regions are interested in Tatarstan experience in development of construction and liquidation of shabby housing constructions.

The meeting will last for two days. Today, President of Tatarstan Mintimer Shaimiev will make a speech. The guests will visit new buildings of Kazan and the enterprises of the building industry of the republic.
