President changes his representative in RF Federation Council

In connection with the Decree by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Presidium of the RT State Council has submitted an issue on pre-term recall of the representative of the Republic Tatarstan in the Federation Council of the Russian Federation by the executive state body for consideration of the plenary session on April 11.

Mintimer Shaimiev made a decision to replace Rafgat Altynbayev, who presently heads the Committee on local self-government in the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation by state adviser for social and economic issues Filza Khamidoullin.
