Mintimer Shaimiev holds a meeting on construction of a multilingual educational complex in Kazan

On March 13, in the Kazan Kremlin, Tatarstan State Counsellor, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Revival Regional Foundation Mintimer Shaimiev held a meeting on construction of the first multilingual educational complex “Adymnar – the pathway to knowledge and harmony” in Kazan.

“We have already launched the construction on the first complex. We can implement such projects efficiently and in time. We should take into account that the deadline of commissioning of the first complex is 2020, is the year of the 100th anniversary of the republic. The further development of Tatarstan should go together with the establishment of a competitive education system. The future multilingual complex is one of the directions of development of the modern educational process. This complex should be the basis for the establishment of similar complexes, taking into account the peculiarities of the regional location of productive forces in the republic,” Shaimiev said.

Director General of Grani contracting organization Leonid Anisimov reported on the construction of the first school and reconstruction of the building of the school №165, the part of the educational complex, implemented at the same time.

Executive Director of Revival Foundation, Deputy Chairman of State Counsellor of the republic Tatyana Larionova, Deputy Prime Minister of the republic – Tatarstan Minister of Education and Science Rafis Burganov, Deputy Chief of Staff of Tatarstan President’s Administration Oleg Glebov, Tatarstan Minister of Construction, Architecture and Utilities Irek Faizullin and other officials took part in the meeting.
