On March 5, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and State Counsellor of the republic Mintimer Shaimiev got acquainted with the progress of work on the reconstruction of the Cathedral of the Kazan Icon of the Mother of God.

On February 15, prior to the meeting of the Anti-Terrorist Commission of the Republic of Tatarstan, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov handed in the badge and the certificate to the honorary title “Honorary Member of the Brothers in Arms All-Russian Organization to State Counsellor of the republic Mintimer Shaimiev.

On December 9, in Kazan, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and State Counselor of the republic, Hero of Labor of the Russian Federation Mintimer Shaymiev visited the Hero of Socialist Labor Ildus Mostyukov.
