Mikhail Mishustin has congratulated Mintimer Shaymiyev with his 85-th birthday

The Chairman of the Russian Government Mikhail Mishustin has congratulated the State Counselor of the republic and its First President Mintimer Shaymiyev with his 85-th birthday.

As a wise, responsible, profound and strong-willed man and an outstanding state and political leader, for many years you have been in the centre of the most important events. Due to your administrative talent, professionalism and hard work Tatarstan has turned into one of the dynamically developing regions of the country and become a leader in various spheres. 

Today you continue taking active part in life of your native republic and do a lot for its flourishing, carrying out great public and charitable work.
