Heads of Russian regions, ambassadors and political leaders congratulate Mintimer Shaymiyev with his 85-th birthday

Congratulating the Tatarstan State Counselor Mintimer Shaymiyev with his 85-th birthday, the Governor of Chelyabinsk region Aleksey Teksler has said in his telegram:
