Mintimer Shaimiev presents volume VI of Book of Benefactors and letter of commendation of Revival Foundation

On January 13, at the Kazan Kremlin Tatarstan State Counsellor and Chairman of the Board of trustees of the Revival Foundation Mintimer Shaimiev presented a volume VI of the Book of Benefactors, as well as letters of commendation, to CEOs and individuals who made donations to the Revival Foundation.

Being included in the Book of Benefactors is one form to encourage participants of the project called “Cultural Heritage of Tatarstan : the Ancient Town of Bolgar and Island-Town of Sviyazhsk”. It contains information about legal entities and individuals who supported the foundation regardless of the size of their donation.

A total of 48,000 names have been included in the six volumes. The foundation sends letters of commendation to people who make biggest contributions.

Today the book’s volume six and letters of commendation were presented to 64 legal entities and individuals, 10,000 benefactors included in the volume in total.

“This is a process that makes us better. It requires no demands or insistence, we only need to work in good coordination. Owing to this we change. We feel warm at heart knowing we are part of this and that we succeed in reviving our heritage,” Shaimiev said.
