A substantial increase in the Taneko oil refining and petrochemical site construction was despite bad weather achieved in February. The Taneko general director Khamza Bagmanov said it in a statement to a construction staff meeting, attended by Prime Minister of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.
