Mintimer Shaymiev takes part in the ceremony of awarding the winners of Leader of the Year – 2021 Contest

On December 28, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Tatarstan State Counsellor Mintimer Shaimiev, Chairman of State Council of the republic Farid Mukhametshin and Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin took part in a solemn ceremony of awarding the laureates of the regional national contest "Leader of the Year - 2021".

People’s deputies of the State Duma and the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation from Tatarstan, members of Tatarstan Government, heads of regional ministries and departments, diplomatic missions in Kazan, heads of enterprises, including representatives of small and medium business, heads of associations of employers, trade unions and other public organizations and media representatives took part in the meeting.

A film dedicated to the events that took place in the republic and the main economic results was shown. Minnikhanov welcomed the meeting participants and summed up the results of 2021, set the main tasks for 2022 and noted the contribution of the republic's directors to solving the problems facing the republic.

Tatarstan President handed in state awards of the Russian Federation and Tatarstan.

The Badges of Honour and diplomas of the laureate of the Prize of Russian Government in science and technology 2021 were also handed over.

Tatarstan Prime Minister, Chairman of the contest commission briefed about the results of the contest. Then the laureates of the "Leader of the Year - 2021" contest were announced.
