III Regional iftar held in Kazan

On June 26, Muslim Spiritual Administration of the Republic of Tatarstan, Russian Association of Muslim Businessmen and Directorate of “Kazan-Arena” stadium held the 3d regional iftar held in Kazan. Large and low-income families, disabled children were invited to the event.

Interim President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, State Counsellor Mintimer Shaimiev, Chairman of Central Muslim Spiritual Administration Talgat Tadzhuddin, Chairman of Muslim Spiritual Administration of the Republic of Tatarstan Kamil hazrat Samigullin, Muslim leaders of Dagestan, Chechnya, Moscow and other regions, Consuls General of Muslim countries, political and public figures took part in the event.

Kamil hazrat Samigullin said that the scale of the 3d regional iftar and the number of participants showed that it was the federal event. He thanked everyone, who took part in preparation for the holiday.
