On 1 September Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and the State Counselor of the republic Mintimer Shaimiev took part in an opening ceremony of a poly-lingual educational complex Adymnar in Nizhnekamsk.
The school will teach 1 224 children and will work together with Nizhnekamskheftekhim, Nizhnekamskshina and TANEKO companies.
Speaking at the ceremony, Rustam Minnikhanov congratulated schoolchildren and their parents and teachers with the beginning of the new school year and noted that nearly 470 000 children went to schools of the republic today. “It is nice that we have such a new way of education as the Adymnar school, which uses the latest teaching technologies and methods. The project was initiated by Mintimer Shaimiev, I am sure that both children and their parents will be highly satisfied as this school has a very high standard corresponding to the world level. I would like to wish schoolchildren success in their studies” he said and expressed his gratitude to the SIBUR Corporation for supporting the implementation of the project.
Mintimer Shaimiev stressed that Adymnar-Nizhnekamsk has become the fifth polylingual complex in Tatarstan. “Nizhnekamsk occupies a special place among cities of Russia. It has a developed powerful petrochemical complex that is famous all over the world. And this is the result of hard work of several generations of residents of the city. I congratulate you with the opening of this wonderful polylingual complex” he added.
In his turn the head of the Nizhnekamsk Executive Committee Ramil Mullin expressed his gratitude to the administration of the republic for implementation of large education projects in Nizhnekamsk. He expressed his confidence that these investments will have a positive impact on the well-being of residents of the city.
After the ceremony Rustam Minnikhanov and Mintimer Shaimiev looked round the new educational complex and its technical and methodical equipment, including education and administrative units, a medical office, a cafeteria, the ceremonial hall, and two gyms.
