I cordially congratulate you on the occasion of Tatarstan’s Constitution Day. This date is an important landmark in our republic’s modern history.
In the course of social transformations the past years saw strengthening of understanding of the unique meaning of the republic’s Fundamental law, it being a foundation of the legal system and a basis for practical decisions in most various spheres.
The Constitution of Tatarstan reflects our commitment to principles of federalism, our orientation towards active participation in building new Russia.
