October 11, First Vice-premier of the Russian Federation Igor Shuvalov, Russian Minister of economic development Elvira Nabiullina, President of Tatarstan Mintimer Shaimiev and other officials took part in the presentation of the draft programme of preparation of Kazan's infrastructure for holding the 27th World Summer Universiade. The presentation was held in the Grand Hall of the Kazan Kremlin.
