On October 28, at the Korston Entertainment Complex, Russian Minister of Culture Vladimir Medinsky, State Counsellor of the republic, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Revival Reginal Foundation, UNESCO Special Envoy for Intercultural Dialogue Mintimer Shaimiev, Executive Secretary of Russian Federation Commission for UNESCO Affairs Grigory Ordzhonikidze, Deputy Chairman of the regional State Council, Executive Director of the Revival Regional Foundation Tatiana Larionova, Minister of Culture of the republic Airat Sibagatullin, President of Russia's ICOMOS National Committee (ICOMOS Russia) Alexander Kudryavtsev, heads of regional state agencies for the protection of cultural heritage, representatives of World Heritage sites, National Commissions for UNESCO Affairs, expert communities of Russian regions and CIS countries took part in the All-Russian Conference “Russia in the world culture and natural heritage”.
On October 27, at the Saydashev State Big Concert Hall in Kazan, Tatarstan State Counsellor Mintimer Shaimiev and Chairman of the regional State Council Farid Mukhametshin, Prime Minister of the republic took part in a solemn event dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Tatarstan.
On October 12, at the Kazan Kremlin, State Counsellor of Tatarstan Mintimer Shaimiev held a meeting on topical issues of activity of the “Revival” Regional Foundation. The meeting discussed the need for timely completion of works according to the plan of the current year. Also, it was noted that some parties involved in the development of “Silk way” transnational nomination should intensify their efforts and some scientific organizations are ready to take part in the project.
On October 10, State Counsellor of Tatarstan, Chairman of Board of Trustees of the Revival Regional Foundation Mintimer Shaimiev held a meeting at the place of the reconstruction of the Cathedral of the Kazan icon of the Mother of God.
On October 9, in the Kazan Kremlin, speaking at a meeting of the regional anti-terrorist commission on countering the penetration of the ideology of terrorism and extremism, national and religious extremism and xenophobia, as well as criminal subculture into the youth environment, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said: "The implementation of state youth policy is unconditional priority in our activity".

On October 9, in the Kazan Kremlin, Tatartsan State Counsellor, Chairman of Board of Trustees of the Revival Regional Foundation Mintimer Shaimiev met well-known in the Turkic world historians, professors, doctors of historical sciences Ilbert Ortayli and Tashansu Turker from Turkey.

On October 4, State Counsellor of Tatarstan, Chairman of the Board of trustees of the Revival regional foundation Mintimer Shaimiev met representatives of foreign mass media agencies accredited at the Russian Ministry of foreign affairs, who are taking part in a study trip to the republic on October 2-4. The trip is organized by the regional press and mass communications “Tatmedia” by the request of foreign mass media agencies.
On October 3, State Counsellor of Tatarstan Mintimer Shaimiev met Nakiya Gilyazova, the wife of People’s writer of the Republic of Tatarstan Ayaz Gilyazov.
