A supplement agreement to the agreement from April 15, 2008 between the Republic of Tatarstan and the Fund for assistance to reforming housing and communal services has been signed today at Tatarstan Cabinet of Ministers.
Russian Bank for Development and Tatarstan’s Committee on Small and Medium Business have signed an agreement on join action, aimed to support small and medium businesses.

The Tatarstan’s petrochemical producer Nizhnekamskneftechim today puts into operation a polyethylene facility. The company has by doing so completed the programme of launching new types of products in Tatarstan, such as polystyrene, polypropylene and polyethylene.

February 24, Mintimer Shaimiev, the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, visited the Nizhnekamsk municipal district, Tatarstan. During the visit, the head of the republic inspected several petrochemical enterprises and took part in the meeting devoted to the launch of the polyethylene manufacture at the polyolefine plant of OAO Nizhnekamskneftekhim.
