Tatarstan President Mintimer Shaimiev held a meeting of the Republican Council on charitable activities at the Kazan Kremlin on February 9.
On February 7th, on the threshold of the Day of Science, Tatarstan President Mintimer Shaimiev visited the Arbuzov Institute of organic and physical chemistry (IOPC) of the Kazan scientific centre of the Russian Academy of Sciences. The head of the republic was accompanied by RT First Vice-Premier Ravil Muratov, Deputy Chairman of the RT State Council Rimma Ratnikova, Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin, heads of Tatarstan's chemical enterprises. IOPC Director Oleg Sinyashin showed the President around the institute.
Tatarstan President Mintimer Shaimiev took part in a meeting of the Council under the Plenipotentiary Envoy of the President of the Russian Federation in the Volga Federal District held in Ufa on February 6.
February 5, RT President Mintimer Shaimiev signed a Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic Tatarstan "On the Code of Laws of the Republic of Tatarstan".
The President of the Republic of Tatarstan, Mintimer Shaimiev, signed a Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2009 and for the planning period of 2010 and 2011".
The Tatarstan head, Mintimer Shaimiev, visited the Zelenodolsk municipal district on February 3.
