A delegation from the auto maker Daimler led by Chairman of the board Dieter Zetsche is on on a reconnaissance visit to Kamaz.
Talking about the visit, Mr Dieter Zetsche noted that his first acquaintance with the plant made him confident that Daimler had done the right thing buying a stake in the auto giant.

Mintimer Shaimiev, the President of the Republic of Republic Tatarstan, met with Gennady Zyuganov, the Chairman of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, the head of the Communist Party faction in the Russian Federation State Duma, at the Kazan Kremlin on February 12.

As part of the state defense order it is purchase for the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation around 1,300 automobiles, including minibuses FIAT and tow trucks on ISUZU chassis, the ministerial press-service reported.
