November 23, at Tatarstan Rep-office in Russian Federation , President of Tatarstan Mintimer Shaimiev received Extraordionary and Plenipoteniary Ambassador of the French Republic to Russian Federation mister Claude Blashmezone.
Per the same day M. Shaimiev took part in the session of Scientific council of Academy of labour and social relations.

On November 22, Tatarstan President Mintimer Shaimiev took part in the work of the RF State Counsil.
The same day Mintimer Shaimiev met Patriarch of Moscow and all Russia Aleksy II.

On November 21, before the beginning of the RF State Council Presidium session, Tatarstan President Mintimer Shaimiev commented upon his idea of relationship between the centre and regions.

On November 21, the RF State CouncilІs Presidium met under the chairmanship of Russian President Vladimir Putin. It worked out RussiaІs development strategy up to 2010 and discussed the state symbols. RT President Mintimer Shaimiev participated in the meeting.
