July 26, RT President, Mintimer Shaimiev, signed laws of the Republic of Tatarstan on the affirmation of transferring (distributive) acts of estate liability of local autonomous entities of the “city of Naberezhny Chelny”, Chystopol, Rybno-Slobodsky, Arsky, Sabinsky, Tetyushsky, and Alekseevsky municipal regions and entities, performed on the given municipal districts the right to determine issues of local assignment, which will allow to determine estate liability of the local autonomous entities of the aforementioned municipal districts, handed down through a succession in title.

July 25, President of the Republic of Tatarstan, Mintimer Shaimiev, signed a law that introduced an amendment to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan “On the establishment of borders and the status of the municipal district of “Agryzsky Municipal Region” and its municipal districts” and “On the establishment of borders and the status of the municipal district “Atnynsky Municipal District” and its municipal districts”.

July 23, President of the Republic of Tatarstan, Minitmer Shaimiev, signed a law of the Republic of Tatarstan “On the minimum consumer budget for the Republic of Tatarstan”.

July 23, the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, Mintimer Shimiev, signed laws for the Republic of Tatarstan on the introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan “On Municipal Service in the Republic of Tatarstan” and to separate legislative acts of the Republic of Tatarstan on taxing assets belonging to organizations.

On July 22, 2008, the Kazan Kremlin hosted a session, chaired by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, Mintimer Shaimiev, for the organizing committee on the preparation and execution of the celebration of the 65th anniversary of the World War II Victory in Tatarstan.

On July 21, 2008, the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, M.Sh. Shaimiev, signed a Law of the Republic of Tatarstan on the “Amendment of the Republic of Tatarstan Law ‘On transportation tax’”.

On July 19, Tatarstan President, Mintimer Shaimiev, met with the Russian Federation Minister of Sport, Tourism and Youth Policy, Vitaly Mutko, in the Kazan Kremlin.
