August 12, Tatarstan President Mintimer Shaimiev visited large health agencies in the city of Naberezhnye Chelny, Tatarstan.
Tatarstan President Mintimer Shaimiev summed up the results of his meeting with Russian President Dmitry Medvedev who visited Kazan last Thursday.
The President of the Russian Federation, Dmitry Medvedev, arrived at the Kazan River Port on the motor-ship Rossija on August 7. The head of Russia with spouse were met by Mintimer Shaimiev, the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, and Grigory Rapota, the Plenipotentiary Envoy of the Russian President in the Volga Federal District.
August 5 saw the meeting of the President of Tatarstan, Mintimer Shaimiev, and the Director General of the state corporation "Russian Corporation of Nanotechnologies", Leonid Melamed, taking place in the Kazan Kremlin.
The President of the Republic of Tatarstan, Mintimer Shaimiev, signed on July 30th laws of the Republic of Tatarstan “Amending Article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On governmental posts in the Republic of Tatarstan" and "On fulfilling the budget of the Fund on mandatory medical insurance in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2007.”
